Johann Martin Frederick Albers, Sr. was born to Albert Harm and Marie J. (Kluier) Albers. Johann married Trientje Hermina Janssen on Jul. 20 1889 in Ackley, IA. 14 children were born to this union; Albert Johann, Metje Marie, Albert Harm, Marie, Minnie, Johann Martin Frederick, Jr., Louis, Hattie, Hattie, Meinert, Cornelius, Harm J., Henry and Tena. Johann attained the age of 64 years, 11 months and 19 days.
