Obituary
Profound sadness the hearts of the many friends of Peter Doyle when they learned last Saturday of the death of his beloved wife which took place at 6 a.m. that morning after a few days illness. It is, indeed, sad in the extreme for Mr. Doyle to be left alone with his 6 children, the youngest being but a week old. Did we not believe that afflictions are ordained by an all-wise and all-kind providence they would simply be unbearable. The sympathy of the entire community go out, warm and sincere to Mr. Doyle in his lonely hours. May the God of all consolation comfort him. The funeral mass took place at the Catholic church Monday at 1:15. Father Deamody paid a fitting tribute to the deceased who was in truth a model wife and mother.
