David, born in 1905 in Riverview Township, Moody County, married Grace Jones at St. Peters Rectory in Colman, South Dakota, in 1930. Grace was born in Moody County in 1912 to William and Martha Grow Jones, who were married in Flandreau in 1897. William died in 1920 and Martha in 1926 and she is buried in the Flandreau Cemetery.
David and Grace Doyle farmed on the same farm in Clare Township for 38 years, where they raised their only child, Jean, who graduated from Egan Public in 1951. David died in 1970 and is buried in the Flandreau Cemetery. Grace died in 1998 and as buried in the Flandreau Cemetery.
