She was the daughter of Jacob G. (Jake) Weischedel and Emma McGuire. She was born on Aug.29, 1883. She married Alex Brehe in home in Lewiston, Sully Co. SD, by Methodist-Episcopal Ch pastor. Witnesses were Julius Brehe & Jake G. Weischedel. Fannie was 5' 1" quite heavy, with dark brown hair & blue eyes, she had a good sense of humor.
Fannie & Estella Brehe (Stella) were sisters. They had 7 children; Vina Ruth, Edward Alexander (Ed), Edith May, Adolph Charles, Frederick Walter (Fred), Albert Henry, & Bertha Lavere. She knitted, crocheted and pieced a lot of quilt tops, and cooked lots of food.
