Alma Uline
Dies Sunday
Miss Alma Charlotte Uline died Sunday night in the Dell Rapids Community Hospital after an illness of two weeks. She was a lifelong resident of this community. Born Oct. 31, 1880, she was the eldest of five daughters of pioneers Gustav and Wilhelmina Uline.
She was graduated from Dell Rapids High School and Oberlin College, Ohio. She was a member of the Baptist Church, Miriam Chapter, OES, Chapter AD, P.E.O., and an honorary member of the Dell Rapids Woman's Club.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Maurice P. Dunlap of Dell Rapids and Mrs. E.G. Haugen, Minneapolis; also nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were held in the Dell Rapids Baptist Church Wednesday morning with the Rev. Jones officiating. Mrs. Frank Greening was at the organ. Pallbearers were Grant Haugen, Alan Grove, R.G. Fish, Howard and Tom Merry and Gordon Lovell. Interment took place in the dell Rapids Cemetery.
