Possibly second wife of Joel Webster Parker. His monument names "Rebecca B." as mother of their children. Childrens' names are also inscribed on his monument, and his (first?) wife's name, "Mary W." Rebecca's stone is among a group of Parker stones near the Joel Webster Parker monument. Also nearby is stone for Fannie Colburn.
