Funeral Services for Mrs. Judson Crisp Held Oct. 12

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 12th for Mrs. Judson Crisp, who passed away Wednesday, October 9, following a lingering illness. Last rites were conducted in the Methodist church at Colman by the pastor, Rev. Charles W. Horner. Special music was provided by Mrs. Clifford Hansen and Marvin Larson, organ accompanist, Mrs. C.H. Rawson. Pallbearers were Robt. Crisp, Reginald Crisp, Max Crisp, Omar Langloss, Kenneth Langloss, Leonard Langloss. Interment was in the Dell Rapids cemetery with the French Funeral Home in charge.

Iza Lulu Crisp was born September 21, 1880 in Stryker, Ohio. She was the daughter of Henry O. Langloss and Mary (Neister) Langloss. She was married to Judson Crisp in Parker, S.D., January 6, 1909. To this union were born two sons who died in infancy, another son, Harold and a daughter, Hazel, both living in this community. The Crisps moved to their present farm between Dell Rapids and Colman in 1919 and have lived there since that time.

Survivors include her husband, son and daughter, several nieces and nephews, two grandchildren, two brothers, Don of Colton and John of Hot Springs and a host of friends and loving neighbors. Mrs. Crisp was a loyal worker in the Colman Methodist Church and church school. She was a true Christian woman and a wonderful neighbor.
