Sioux Falls, SD ~ Namati Charles Hakim, age 57, died on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 2, 2021 at St. Lambert Catholic Church in Sioux Falls, SD (1000 S. Bahnson Ave.). Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM on Friday at the church. There will be a second service on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church, 2400 W. 18th Street, Sioux Falls SD 57105 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Namati was born on December 28, 1963 in Sudan. She was united in marriage with Francis Lamba on December 4, 1982. From this union the couple were blessed with six children.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Francis Lamba, Sioux Falls, SD; six children, Eva Samson, London, England, Mandela Pio, Bartow, FL, Emmanuel Pio, Sioux Falls, SD, Sidonia Pio, Kansas City, MO, Jacklin Pio, Sioux Falls, SD and Jimmy Pio, Sioux Falls, SD; five grandchildren: Jermaine Balda, Jeremiah Francis, Levi Francis, Kayden Tartamella and Jalia Francis; and one brother, Hakim Kanne and his wife, Izumi, Sioux Falls, SD.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Hakim and mother, Medina Kanne.
