Freddy A. Rose
Sioux Falls – Freddy A. Rose, 22, 2400 W. 9th Street, No. 108, died October 25, 2001, in Sioux Falls.
Freddy Rose was born June 15, 1979, at Chamberlain, SD, to Dean and Crystal (Tunks) Rose. The family lived in Colorado, Germany, Texas and Midland, SD, before moving to Sioux Falls, SD in 1987. Freddy graduated from Sioux Falls Roosevelt High School in 1997.
He began work for Arby’s Restaurant while in high school and had worked his way up to being a shift supervisor. Freddy loved movies and films, and was a collector of moving memorabilia. He had a kind spirit and had always made himself available to help others in a time of need.
Grateful for having shared his live are his parents, Dean and Crystal Rose, Sioux Falls, SD, brothers, Michael Rose and Jesse Rose, Sioux Falls, SD, grandparents, Delbert and Mary Schaefer, Reliance, SD, his maternal grandfather, Franklin Tunks, Chamberlain, SD, great-grandmother, Edna Wojchowski, Geddes, SD, and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel, 41st. and Valley View Road. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday at noon at the funeral home.
