In Memory Of:
Magda was born in Gluckstadt, Germany on March 5, 1895 to Jacob and Elizabeth Kollmann Reumann. She started her education in Germany and continued for a few months to learn the English language after coming to America in 1907. She lived in Hoboken, N.J. until coming with her parents to Moody County in the spring of 1908. She was married March 15, 1916 in Clare Township to Gerhard Luttmann. They farmed in Riverview Township until retiring. Magda made her home on the same farm for 64 years. She became a resident of Riverview Manor in October of 1984. She was a member of Midway Lutheran Church and the Women of ELCA of Midway Lutheran Church.
She is survived by 2 sons, Otto and Ben, both of rural Flandreau; 1 daughter, Helen Morgan, Ft. Bragg, Ca.; 1 daughter-in-law, Esther Luttmann, rural Flandreau; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter and 1 sister, Anna Bothern, Scio, Or. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerhard Luttmann, Jr., her parents, 1 grandson, Kent Luttmann and 1 great grandson, Colby Luttmann.
