On September 6, 1892, she married Henry George Bultena. Gesina, daughter of Loert and Petronella Peters Bultena, was born May 25, 1868 in Wymeer, Ostfriesland, Germany and came to Dakota Territory in 1885 with her family. H.G. and Gesina lived in Lennox and raised their family there. Their children were John Henry, Louise, and Ella.
