Per WPA records she is buried as Sarah Harding in Block 10, Lot 8, Grave 3 along with Bessie, William, Mary, and Wm E. Harding. I can not find anything to document her maiden name as Anderton, or Brown. I am making an assumption that one of the names is a maiden name and that the other it of another husband.
Her footstone indicates last name as Brown.
Best Guess is that she was born an Anderton then married William Harding who died in 1913 and then a Brown and she died in 1918.
