Jeong Sin No, age 88 of Sioux Falls passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Dougherty Hospice. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home (507 S. Main). Visitation with the family present will be from 5-7pm on Friday, March 2, 2012.
Jeong Sin No was born to Jun Tak No and Mong Sun Oh on January 5, 1924 in Seoul, South Korea. She attended college and received a BA in education. Jeong married Ik Chang Chang in 1946. He passed away in 1970. In 1986, Jeong moved to the United States to be close to her grandchildren.
Jeong Sin No is survived by: daughter, Meang Soon Chang and son-in-law, Young Gil Kim of Seoul South Korea; son, Young Joon Chang and daughter-in-law Sang Suk Lee of Sioux Falls; daughter, Dr. Myung Joo Cho and son-in-law, Robert Helfritz of Sioux Falls and daughter, Myung Sun Chang and son-in-law, Yong Ho Yoon of Seoul South Korea, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
