Ethylene was born on April 20, 1922 at Canton, SD to William and Alice (Morrison) Cox. At the age of 12 she moved with her parents to Mitchell, SD. She was united in marriage with John O. Miller on September 20, 1941 at Luverne, MN. She worked as a cook for Chef Louie's Steak House, South Side Texaco, the Methodist Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital. Ethylene also worked in the meat department at Red Owl. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Mitchell and was one of the Tuesday Quilters at the Church. Grateful for having shared her life are her son, Jack W. Miller, Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Judy A. Costa and her husband, Albert, Turlock, CA; three grandchildren, Jim, John and Joe Wagner all of California; two great grandchildren; a sister, Neva Dady, Casper, WY. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three sisters; and five brothers.
