Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, August 24th, for Mrs. William Dockstader whose death occurred on Thursday of last week. The services were conducted at the Dockstader home by the Rev. O.E. Westerlund, pastor of the Baptist church at Trent.
Mrs. Dockstader had been in poor health of late and Thursday morning had submitted to a goiter operation at a Sioux Falls hospital, never coming out from under the ether.
Lois Lee was born on February 18, 1914, in Eugene, Oregon, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Lee. She moved to this vicinity with her parents when a small child and it was here she attended the public school, where by her cheerful disposition, she was a favorite among her classmates.
She was married to William Dockstader four years ago. They were the parents of one daughter, Mary Ann, age three.
Surviving are the parents, the husband and daughter.
