Geraldine Arneson

Geraldine Morgan, daughter of Alice Bortnem Morgan and Dale Morgan, was born January 3, 1937 in Chicago, Ill. She grew up in Brookings, South Dakota. After her marriage to William Arneson on June18, 1955 in Luverne, Minn., they lived in Lake Benton, Minn. prior to moving to Sioux Falls in 1963. She managed the office for the family business of Arneson's Auto and Truck Repair.

Geraldine was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Sioux Falls.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, William; one son, Barry Arneson; three daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Melody)Gacke, Sandra Arneson, Pennee Arneson; two step sons, Billy and James Arneson, all of Sioux Falls, two grandchildren, Angala and Jeramie Gacke; her mother and step father, Alice and Thomas Kean, Two Harbors, Minn.; one sister, Mrs. Donald (Judy) Guinn, Petersburg, Michigan; her brother, Myles Kean, DesPlaines, Ill.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dale.

Friends and relatives are invited to gather with the family in St. Michael's Parish Hall following the Mass of Christian Burial and prior to departure to Dell Rapids for the committal service.
