Edward 1880 - 1967
Emma 1881 - 1977
Emma Kylling (1881-1977) married Edward M. Linde (1880-1967) in 1908. They had no family. Edward was born to Olaus and Karen Mattesen Linde at Sane, near Drammen, Norway. At the age of 14, he immigrated to America and came to Canton. He attended Augustana College which was then located in Canton. Later he worked at Moe Inland Store, rural Hudson. After his marriage to Emma Kylling, they farmed the Kylling homestead for a few years, and then he took a position in the Security State Bank in Beresford where they lived until 1933 when they retired to the Kylling homestead.
