Nora married Jeremiah Francis Hurley on May 25, 1876. Alfred J., Thomas Francis, Louis Melvin, Florence, Elizaberth, Charles C., Harry, Joseph, Mary Josephine, Irene and Arhtur W. were born to this union. The passing of Mrs. J.F. Hurley, Lennox, at the home of her son L.M. Hurley, removes a pioneer of the Lennox vicinity. Nora came to live north of Lennox in 1878, where they resided until 1915. Surviving are eight children, 9 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Catholic Church, and the funeral mass was said by Father Quinn, with burial Tuesday at the Catholic Cemetery in Lennox, SD.
