Katie Marie Voelker, 11-month-old daughter of John and Connie Voelker, rural Renner, died Monday, Oct. 15, in Minneapolis Children’s Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 10, 1989, in Sioux Falls.
Survivors include her parents, John and Connie Voelker, rural
Renner; two brothers, Michael and Nathan, both at home; her
grandparents: Michael and Evelyn Weinacht, Dell Rapids,
and Marvin and Florence Voelker, Winfred; and her great grandparents: Mrs. Nellie Curren, Sioux Falls, and Michael Weinacht, Phoenix, Ariz.
Services were at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, in St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dell Rapids.
Visitation was Heritage Home for Funerals with a Christian Wake Service on Thursday, Oct. 18.
