Funeral Held Monday For Louise Alverson
Funeral services were held in the Home Monday morning for Louis Alverson who passed away Nov. 3rd. Mr. Alverson was born Nov. 16th, 1863 in Byron, Ill. He was initiated into the I.O.O.F. lodge No. 448, March 18th, 1892 and in 1924 transferred to Wessington Springs lodge No. 81. He came to the I.O.O.F. Home from Wessington Springs April 1935. He is survived by a son Herbert of Denver, Colo.; and a brother M.O. Alverson of Wessington Springs.
Burial was made in the I.O.O.F. lot in the local cemetery. Rev. H. H. Arms had charge of the funeral services.
Herbert Alverson came from Denver to attend the funeral of his father.
Mrs. M.O. Alverson, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Wahl, Mr. and Mrs. George Powell of Wessington Springs attended the funeral of Louis Alverson.
