Bradley Vaughn Madsen, 56, died unexpectedly at his home in Sioux Falls, SD on May 14, 2019. A memorial service will be 10 AM on Monday, May 20, 2019 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls with burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sioux Falls. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
Bradley “Brad” Vaughn Madsen was born on November 29, 1962 in Sioux Falls, SD to Robert M. and Marlys (Lekness) Madsen. He was raised and received his education in Sioux Falls. Brad worked in Sioux Falls at Rentschler’s Truck Stop, Ronning Companies, Engineered Truss Systems from 1993 to 2007 and Sprenger Midwest Wholesale Lumber from 2008 to present.
Brad had a passion for fishing, hunting, his dogs, cooking and cheering on the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. Above all he loved spending time with his family and friends and especially loved cooking for the family fish-fries. He will be deeply missed by all those lucky enough to know him.
Brad was preceded in death by his father, Robert M. Madsen
