Helen Patch
August 16, 1930 - October 26, 2021
Helen Patch, age 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Good Samaritan Village in Sioux Falls, SD. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery, Sioux Falls, SD.
Helen Kasal Blecha was born on August 16, 1930 to Joseph and Rose (Kasal) Blecha in Clarkson, Nebraska.
After graduating from Clarkson High School, she married Lamar Bohn in Omaha, NE. She was later married to Wendell Witt and after his death, was married to Larry Patch of Colman.
Helen was a lover of music, an accomplished bowler, and a kind neighbor.
Grateful for having shared her life are her children, Deb (Stephen) Paden of Tucson, AZ, and Susanne Carlson of Sioux Falls; grandchildren, Kelly Dubisar, Benjamin Dubisar, Stephanie Paden, Aggie Borman, Shiloh Carlson, Solomon Carlson, Sarah Kalagias, and Ruth Carlson; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Patch.
